I would be too! Never got to pet a jay or any bird for that matter. Maybe one day! We have a family of blue jays and saw Ole Blue grow up over the last year - now it’s hard to tell... I would be too! They're not that hard to interact, but it all depends on where you live. We have zero crows here because of the elevation. We do have the ravens though.
